using air compressor for aquarium air supply?
using air compressor for aquarium air supply?
this is kind of a weird question, i was just wondering if anyone has done this or heard of someone doing it. i have a 100gal and went through two whisper 100’s in the past couple months and was looking for something to run my 100gal air supply plus my 3 smaller tanks. i know the basics like i would have to run it through and regulator and some sort of air cleaner other than that i don’t see why this wouldn’t work.

I am planning to aerate my fish pond with air from a common industrial air compressor. Just like the ones you can find in most garage and repair shops, but I am not sure if they have a high and unsafe level of CO2 and carbon monoxide that might kill the fish.
