I would like to see or here an exact layout of how a 5 hp air compressor should be wired to a 220v breaker box

I have a 5 hp air compressor that I can’t figure out the exact way to wire it to the circuit breaker. It is a 208v motor which makes me think that 220 runs it. I’m not sure how exactly to wire this up but I don’t want to hire an electrician if I don’t have to. I would just like for someone to explain the way to wire this word for word to the pressure switch. I would like to hear where the exact color of each wire should start and finish. Where all four of the wires should start in the breaker box would be an idea start for me to begin this process. Thanks for your time.

    I won’t tell you because I don’t want to be responsible for you burning down your house or electrocuting yourself…..
    Are you sure you don’t want to hire a professional??? It’ll be cheaper in the long run…guaranteed! obnoxiousposter

    Believe me, if you need this much instruction then you WILL have to hire an electrician. It can be lethal to you or others to do this the wrong way.
