I need to replace the copper tube with compression nuts so that the pressure switch will work.

It also blew a hole in the small plastic line that goes from the main air line to the pressure switch. I replaced the plastic line and now it keeps blowing it off of the fitting.

I have a 5 hp air compressor that I can’t figure out the exact way to wire it to the circuit breaker. It is a 208v motor which makes me think that 220 runs it. I’m not sure how exactly to wire this up but I don’t want to hire an electrician if I don’t have to. I would just like for someone to explain the way to wire this word for word to the pressure switch. I would like to hear where the exact color of each wire should start and finish. Where all four of the wires should start in the breaker box would be an idea start for me to begin this process. Thanks for your time.
